Consultations

General

To enable the allocation of sufficient time for all patients, we operate via an appointment system.

Appointments are held:

 Outside these times or if an appointment is not available you may make use of our drop off service. This allows you to bring in your pet at a time which works best for you and leave him/her with us until such time as a veterinarian has the opportunity to conduct an examination. Once completed the veterinarian will give you a call to discuss you pets case.

Extended consultations of 30mins are available for complicated issues such as dermatology and behaviour consultations

Collection Service

We operate a collection service on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We can collect your pet between 8.30am and 9.30am and transport him/her to the clinic for a consultation or surgery. You may then pick up your animal from the clinic or we can drop him/her back to your home in the evening.

Please note that a permission form will need to be signed by an adult prior to or at collection.

House Visits

House visits are available and are usually conducted during the middle of the day. Please note that we can not guarantee a visit on short notice.
