Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realise that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.

For your convenience, 'drop-off' appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us until such time as a veterinarian has the oppurtunity to conduct an examination. Once completed the veterinarian will give you a call to discuss you pets case.

In addition home visits and a pick up service are available, please contact the clinic for details

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, eftpos, cash and cheques.

Patient Arrival Policy

For the protection of yourself, other clients and the animals we require that all animals are appropriatley controlled whilst in the clinic. Suitable restraints include:

Dogs - lead

Cats - lead or an appropriate cat carrier (available to lend if required)

Birds and lizards - top opening cage or ventilated box/tub

Snakes: snake bag, tied pillow case or ventilated top opening tub
